Jersey Organics partners with local organic farms in New Jersey to grow the peppers and produce that we use in our hot sauce! We focus on producers that utilize organic practices tht we stand by such as no chemical fertilizers or insecticides, crop rotations and a focus on soil health. Our goal is source the highest quality produce, support the viability of local farming operations and create a community around delicious hot sauce!

Located in Gladstone NJ at the Gill St. Bernards School, Home Winds Farm is a diversified livestock, poultry, and vegetable operation.

The farm manager, Ned Lincoln, and his staff are committed to producing the highest quality meats, eggs, and vegetables. What sets Home Winds Farm apart from others is their animal and plant science education for the school's students and parents. Swing by the farm stand to pick-up the latest garden treasures and a batch of their multi-colored pastured eggs!

Situated a few hills over from the Delaware River, Ken Kimball has been farming his 12 acres for the past xxxxxx years.
Dedicated to organic production, Kimball's Farm specializes in hot pepper and vegetable production. Certified as Real Organic, a certification that goes above and beyond the USDA organic certification.
